Because our products are printed on demand, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

To request a replacement or refund, email us at trollmerch@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• A clear photo of the item

• Your order number

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Wrong size ordered (please check the size guide carefully)
