Refund & Return Policy

At TrollMerch, every product is printed on demand, just for you. Because of this, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

✅ Refunds or Replacements Are Accepted If:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print quality is incorrect

  • You received the wrong product or size

If any of the above apply, please contact us at trollmerch@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll either:

  • Reprint and resend the item at no cost
    OR

  • Offer a full refund to your original payment method


❌ Refunds Are Not Issued If:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color

  • You no longer want the item (buyer’s remorse)

  • Shipping delays caused by carrier or customs

⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take a few days)

📦 Return Shipping

Since our items are print-on-demand, we do not accept physical returns unless instructed by our team.
